Deploying global sales curriculum at a global technology company
The Problem
A sales and marketing readiness team for a Global Technology Company develops and deploys curriculum to over 40,000 employees across 40 different business and technical sales roles. The team partnered with AG Consulting Partners to provide strategic and program management services to create and distribute a global curriculum. The curriculum needed to align to company strategy while conforming to specific requirements on content and duration, all while incorporating input from key stakeholders from across the company.
The Approach
The AGCP team effectively coordinated key stakeholders across contributing organizations to provide quality training content while optimizing the content to balance with the requirements. Our experts developed and administered a roll-out plan for the curriculum across all global roles. Once the curriculum was rolled out, AGCP conducted a post-rollout analysis and provided continuous program enhancement efforts.
