At AG Consulting Partners we have two career paths, Expert Workforce and the Management Consulting Workforce.

Expert Workforce. The Expert Workforce path is built for consultants that want to develop deep acumen and specialization in an area to bring expertise to their clients. Expert Workforce team members focus on developing subject matter expertise across a variety of functions and disciplines to deliver holistic solutions for our client’s projects and initiatives.

Management Consulting Workforce. Management Consulting Workforce team members pursue their passion for strategic consulting, while learning how to grow and manage a consulting business. Entrepreneurial spirit drives this team to deliver outstanding client work, while also collaborating on internal operations, business opportunities and mentoring of fellow employees. As our firm grows, the number of internal operations workstreams to support it grows with it. This career track is perfect for the entrepreneurial consultant, offering advancement opportunities, internal project ownership and close mentorship from the leaders at our firm.
