Transparency in the Workplace – How AG Consulting Partners Prioritizes Our People
AG Consulting Partners was founded on three core values: Transparency, Stewardship and Intention. In this article, we’re focusing on how AGCP puts our people first by driving transparency across all levels of our organization.
Transparency in the workplace drives employee engagement, satisfaction and supports the employees’ ability to perform at the highest level. We attribute our successful growth to putting our people first and providing a truly transparent consulting environment. Transparent leadership empowers our consultants to deliver exceptional client work and solve the toughest business challenges together.
Open-Door Leadership
Our leadership team at AG Consulting Partners implements a strong culture of transparency and collaboration across our client engagements. Our senior leaders stay involved in every client engagement to ensure an open line of communication with our clients and encourage adaptability as business needs evolve. Executive project oversight also provides timely and relevant expertise to our consultants, helping them expand their abilities to add value and to thrive as thought-leaders.
Transparent communication with clients and team members is the cornerstone to our client delivery success. AG Consulting Partners is dedicated to maintaining our open-door policy. We encourage consultants at AGCP to engage in dialogue with their peers and our leadership team about their toughest and most complex client problems. Our network of shared experiences and collective expertise helps to ensure successful project completion with the best possible client outcome. We believe mutual transparency and respect among our consultants provides the best employee experience possible while continuing to perpetuate the familial bond we deeply value amongst our team.
Employee Driven Change
Open lines of communication empower our employees to engage with their leaders to express their honest opinion in a safe and welcoming environment.
An example of how transparency improves our employee experience is the annual benefits survey. Every year, AGCP team members collect data and feedback from our consultants to derive actionable insights to improve our benefits package. It is key for the leadership team to understand the needs of their employees, and this survey enables your voice to be heard. Our comprehensive benefits package is tailored to its users, and we continue to improve and adapt to the growing needs of our employees.
Earlier this year, an AG team member surfaced an opportunity to better pulse employee satisfaction and engagement. The survey results are shared across the company to encourage collaboration and drive improvement across teams. Employee engagement is vitally important to a successful consulting firm, and we strive to ensure that our team feels comfortable, confident and happy when they are at work.
Entrepreneurial by nature, our consultants are motivated by opportunities to tackle fresh challenges and grow their careers. If you’re interested in joining AGCP, you can learn more about our work and available positions by checking out our Careers page.
