How AG Consulting Partners Builds an Engaged Workforce

Employee Engagement refers to the conditions that motivate people to do exceptional work. In a study conducted by ADP Research Institute and Harvard Business Review across 19 countries, researchers found that only 16% of employees are fully engaged. At AG Consulting Partners, we conducted a company-wide survey where we found that 95% of employee responses to questions on engagement were positive with “Agree” being the most common response (42%) and “Strongly Agree” being the second most common response (39.5%).
