2. Communication

Managers at AGCP practice an open-door policy and maintain weekly connection points with their teams. The goal of these practices is to maintain the two-way communication flow and enable our team to collaborate on internal and client work. To increase our employee voice, AGCP has launched the Idea Lab – a tool for our team to share ideas, suggestions and feedback on how we can further improve employee experience.
