As our firm grows, the number of internal operations workstreams to support it grows with it, and as a result there are opportunities to build out programs that contribute to our success. Consultants at AG Consulting Partners pursue their passion for marketing, HR, employee engagement, recruiting and more to effectively grow our company, while also building unique skillsets to reach their career goals.

 

  1. Communication

At AG Consulting Partners we strongly believe that putting our people first enables them to deliver the outstanding results that our clients have come to expect. We put a heavy emphasis on transparency and communication between leadership and the rest of the team to equip our consultants with the tools they need to succeed.

It is our goal to empower our consultants to come to management and leadership with their ideas, concerns, and anything in between. Managers at AGCP practice an open-door policy and maintain weekly connection points with their teams. The goal of these practices is to maintain the two-way communication flow and enable our team to collaborate on internal and client work. To increase our employee voice, AGCP has launched the Idea Lab – a tool for our team to share ideas, suggestions and feedback on how we can further improve employee experience.

Our team is made up of diverse backgrounds, skillsets and passions, and it is vitally important that every individual feels capable of leaving their mark. Consultants in the Management Consulting team are supported in the development of their unique initiatives through close collaboration by Managers and Partners. Our open-door policy also enables consultants to seek advice and fresh perspectives from more senior members of the team. A connected team is capable of so much more than an individual. AG Consulting Partners has experienced consistent growth largely due to the connected nature of our consultants.
