At AG Consulting Partners, we are honored to work with a diverse group of people with a variety of talents and interests. This month, we are highlighting Sean Bolooki to learn more about his work and passions outside of the office.
What’s your background? Where did you grow up and go to school?
I was originally born in Iran; however, I have spent most of my life here in the Pacific Northwest. I went to Cascadia Collage and am currently back at school studying IT Administration Manager with a focus on Cybersecurity.
What do you like about working at AGCP?
A former coworker referred me to the company, and I have been on 3 projects so far. I like that people are respectful and willing to help each other succeed.
Can you tell me about your current consulting project?
I have recently become a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (thanks to AGCP support) and my current role is consulting as Change Manager at the Microsoft Customer Success organization. I am engaged with various stakeholders to assess change impact and help land changes with those field who are close to customers.
How are you staying motivated, productive, and sane during this extended period of remote work?
I enjoy walking and swimming. Swimming has been a bit of a challenge these days, however, I enjoy a neighborhood walk whenever I get a chance.
