A Principal in our Expert Workforce, Kylee Fortygin shares why she chose AGCP to grow her career in consulting and why she stays.

Kylee joined AG Consulting Partners nine years ago as one of the first consultants hired by the firm. New to consulting as a career path, she was excited about the opportunity to take on fresh challenges. In her journey as a consultant and through her client work, Kylee discovered new areas of interest and grew her professional expertise. With AGCP’s education reimbursement benefit, she deepened her skills in change management to enhance the quality and depth of contributions to her projects. Kylee attributes much of her professional growth to the company’s emphasis on setting a high standard of excellence for client delivery. Continually striving to meet that standard encourages consultants like Kylee to stretch and broaden their skills while on client engagements.

After nearly a decade at the firm, we asked Kylee what reinforces her continued commitment to staying with AGCP. She summed it up with one phrase, “the company values what I value,” a passion for continued learning, and a growth mindset. Kylee continues to grow in her consulting skills through additional training and new project experiences. She appreciates the commitment from her manager and senior leadership to help her set career goals and work towards achieving them.
