AGCP assesses, designs, and implements technical partner benefits
The Problem
A Global Technology Company’s partner network assists companies in building unique business offerings by using their company’s provided services. The Company strives to help and incentivize its partner network to achieve its goals through exclusive benefits. However, these benefits were outdated and didn’t excite or motivate the partner network, leading to less-than-ideal partner performance for the Global Technology Company. The Company wanted to optimize its benefits offerings to ensure all partners could find value in their program. To accomplish this, the Global Technology Company hired AG Consulting Partners to solicit partner feedback and create a lasting impact by switching the network’s technical benefits to be desirable to all.
The Approach
AGCP consultants started by thoroughly assessing the current benefit’s website, support, management process, and tools. They gathered feedback from all relevant stakeholders, including a sample of partners, to gain insights into their experiences, pain points, and suggestions for improvement. Next, they analyzed the information collected about the benefits program during the assessment phase to identify gaps and areas that require improvement. Based on their findings, they developed a detailed implementation plan proposing changes to the network’s technical benefits, including moving from fixed benefits per partner level to an a la carte model to serve unique partner needs better. Recognizing that implementing these changes requires careful execution, AGCP consultants developed a comprehensive change management strategy to address potential resistance, foster a positive culture, and ensure smooth communication and adoption of the updates. Once the changes were in place, AGCP consultants established a continuous monitoring and evaluation system.
