Celebrating 15 Years of AG Consulting Partners

As AG Consulting Partners (AGCP) celebrates 15 years in business, we reflect on the journey that has shaped the firm into what it is today. The story begins with our CEO and founder, Alex Goldenberg. As a child, Alex arrived in the United States with his family as a refugee. He admired his parents, who instilled in him the importance of seizing every opportunity. This drive fueled his ambition to create a better future for his family and shaped his professional aspirations.   

After earning his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, Alex began his career with Accenture’s Management Consulting practice. His decade-long experience there was invaluable, providing him with the skills and insights necessary for success in the consulting industry. However, Alex desired a more entrepreneurial path—he envisioned a company that prioritized nurturing client relationships and fostering employee growth while delivering exceptional results. In 2009, Alex made his dream a reality and founded AG Consulting Partners.   

Alex believes that consulting is not just about sales, delivery, or recruiting consultants; it’s fundamentally about the connections forged with clients and employees. The heart of AGCP lies in this belief, valuing relationships above everything else. Over the years, he has witnessed the transformation of clients into friends, employees into clients, and even former employees returning to the firm. The consulting landscape constantly evolves, with changing roles and projects, but the people and relationships remain constant. 

In the competitive consulting world, being genuine and maintaining a solid reputation is paramount. Alex’s most significant achievements have stemmed from the connections and meaningful relationships created and a commitment to open and honest communication. 

As AGCP looks back on its 15 years, we celebrate the milestones and the individuals who have contributed to the firm’s success. Reaching this milestone is a testament to the dedication of our team and the loyalty of our clients, whose support has been pivotal in our journey.
