AGCP Recognized as the #25 Best Place to Work in Washington State

AG Consulting Partners is thrilled to be named the #25 Best Place to Work in Washington by the Puget Sound Business Journal, making this our fifth time to receive this honor. This recognition is meaningful because the results are based directly on anonymous feedback shared by our employees.

Here’s what they had to say:

“This is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The managers and higher roles are all very motivational and understanding. They truly care about the teams and individual growth and help us in any way they can. All the work we do is recognized, and we often hear our managers’ gratitude and how they are proud of us. This motivates us to do even better.”

“AG Consulting is a great place to work. They care about their employees and take good care of everyone, which you don’t often see at consulting firms. I appreciate how they put their employees first and have a clear line of communication with us on a regular basis. I personally love the team that I work on and my manager could not be better.”

“AGCP has been such a great place to grow my career. I love that we’re trusted to own our projects and work directly with clients, which gives me the chance to take on real responsibility and see the impact of my work.”

We’re so grateful to our team, not just for their honest feedback and dedication, but for making AGCP such a great place to work. Their input encourages us to continually raise the bar and build a workplace where people feel supported and empowered.
