Environmental Responsibility

GHG measurement includes reducing direct emissions from the exhaust from vehicles used for company business, indirect emissions from producing electricity or heat used to power buildings, and indirect value chain emissions from all other activities, including all parts of the supply chain, such as materials in buildings.

Transparency is embedded in our firm's core values. In alignment with this guiding principle, we've taken proactive steps to showcase our efforts toward reducing GHG through a rigorous verification process. We're proud to share that we've received a GHG verification statement from UL Solutions, a trusted leader in sustainability verification, which validated our ongoing endeavors in emission reduction. This GHG verification statement is a tangible testament to our dedication to environmental responsibility.

Charitable Initiatives

Ben's Fund

We've supported Ben’s Fund as part of our corporate giving initiatives for the past four years. Their mission is to provide guidance, support, and financial assistance to children and young adults with autism in Washington State. We’ve seen firsthand the incredible effort it takes to support a family through this journey, and the resources provided by Ben’s Fund help make their lives a little bit easier. We’re proud to support this foundation and look forward to participating in the Ben's Fund Annual Holiday Toy Drive every year.

Cliff Avril Family Foundation

We're a corporate sponsor of the Dining to Make a Difference event in support of the Cliff Avril Family Foundation. The Foundation focuses on increasing awareness of Type 2 diabetes in youth and encourages healthy living through nutrition and exercise. The organization provides education and opportunities locally and partners with community-based organizations in Jacksonville, Charlotte, and Haiti.

It’s been our absolute pleasure to have AGCP’s continued support. These gifts will help families in need more than you know.

Employee-Nominated Initiatives

Food Lifeline

Food Lifeline was selected as part of our employee-nominated charitable initiative program. Food Lifeline provides nutritious food to 1.37 million people facing hunger - the equivalent of more than 282,000 meals daily. They're also working to address the root causes of hunger, including poverty, racial inequity, and social injustice, to end hunger for good.
Through a multifaceted fundraising effort organized by our team, we donated $4,000 in cash, volunteered in the warehouse, and held a food drive for Food Lifeline. We're so proud of our team for their dedication to supporting such an important cause.

Year Up

We're proud to partner with Year Up Puget Sound, another organization selected for our employee-nominated initiatives. Year Up's mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by ensuring that young adults gain the skills, experiences, and support needed to empower them to reach their potential through careers and higher education. Our team of consultants was happy to share their knowledge and skills with the Year Up students by participating in a LinkedIn workshop where we helped them update their professional profiles to support a solid start to their careers once they've graduated.
