Managing Partner, President, and Chief Executive Officer
I was born in the former Soviet Union, and at 13 years old, I moved to the Seattle area with my family. I attended college in Washington D.C., and after graduation, I started my career in consulting. I have since spent over 25 years serving Microsoft and other local clients, delivering hundreds of strategy and project initiatives.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. I am married, and we have a beautiful daughter. I enjoy reading, traveling, working out, and giving back to my community in my spare time. I am also a passionate Seahawks fan and collector, and you can catch me at every Seahawks home game.
The collection of my life experiences has taught me several important lessons. This includes the importance of ownership over one’s career, having an entrepreneurial mindset, and always treating people with respect, regardless of their background. These are the same values I’ve brought into my consulting career and serve as the foundational reason for why I decided to start AG Consulting Partners back in 2009.
