Eric Steinwinder
Chief Revenue Officer
I moved from New Orleans to the Pacific Northwest in high school and established roots here. I left for college and spent 15 years living all over the US and traveling the world, which only confirmed that the PNW was where I wanted to settle down and be with my family.
Other than work, my priority is spending time with family and friends. Playing tennis is my passion, complemented by attending baseball and football games, fishing, hiking, and scuba diving. The most calming part of my day is taking my border collie for walks or having the opportunity to do a little gardening.
The best lesson I learned as a graduate student was the concept of empathy and how important it is in business - though I've since learned how crucial it is in all aspects of life. I lead with empathy when it comes to clients and colleagues. I'm also a big believer in stewardship and giving back to one's community. I've been a board member for the Seattle Aquarium for the past 15 years, I volunteer at the food bank in my neighborhood, and I attend work parties for the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust.
